We do not spend money on television adverts. We only have our reputation to speak for us, and our clients tell you that in their reviews. What we have is a cabinet of industry awards, a page of real Google reviews, and a phone that a person answers.
Our vision is to create an equity release and later life mortgage advice service that is straightforward and simple for our clients to access. We only employ highly trained specialist advisers to deliver clear and transparent advice, to ensure you receive a bespoke, tailored solution to your needs.
We offer qualified advice upfront and without charge, so you understand the proposed solution before proceeding or incurring any costs.
Our team will keep you updated and informed during the progress of the application, and we will actively manage the case to ensure it moves from application to completion in a timescale to suit your needs and circumstances.
That was where we started. Today the same team and the same standard of advice also covers residential mortgages and protection, which is why the business now trades as Lifetime Home Finance.

We are confident in the service we offer to our clients. If for any reason we do not deliver on our promises to you, we will give you a £100 gift voucher.
We promise:

We will advise, educate and inform our clients on the appropriate course of action for them based on their needs and circumstances.
We will act with integrity in all that we do and ensure we obtain the best outcome for our clients.
We will ensure our clients receive outstanding service whenever they engage with our team.
Small firm, deliberately. You get the person, not the department.

Peter is married to Nicola, who also works in financial services. They have three grown-up children, two sons and a daughter, and a granddaughter aged eight.
Peter is a film buff and a keen reader, though he admits he is steadily migrating to audiobooks. His main hobby is music. He is the lead singer of a soul band called Brothers on the Slide, and has played in bands for around twenty-five years.
"We mainly play classic soul covers and do all the usual bars, clubs and private functions, and it is a lot of fun. I have been lucky enough to play with a few famous people over the years. Robbie Williams, Candi Staton and Martha Reeves of Martha and the Vandellas were all really nice."
"I have loved science fiction ever since I was a kid, and if I ever got the chance to take a trip into space on one of the new Branson, Bezos or Musk space planes, I would jump at it."
"I love cooking, and eating, especially spicy and flavourful foods. I managed to get Covid in 2021 and lost all sense of taste and smell for about three months. When it came back, thankfully, it made me really appreciate how important the little things are."

Every product on this site has drawbacks. If we do not mention them, we are not advising you, we are selling to you.

We do not advertise on television. Our reputation is the only thing speaking for us.
Incredible professional support right through the process. I wish our solicitor met this exemplary standard. Peter was always available even at weekends, responding almost immediately to our requests. My wife and I have no hesitation in calling on his services again.
Great service from start to finish. Very polite at all times. Kept up to date with the process. Nothing to complain about.
Excellent from start to finish. I thought I was pretty good at looking after my finances, but the great help I had from the people I dealt with showed me otherwise. Their expertise in all matters financial was second to none.
One free call. No credit check, no obligation, and a straight answer about what is realistic.
